A very nice property with an excellent location. The Korean restaurant on the ground floor was a pleasant surprise and served very tasty food. The only downside was that one of the two lifts was out of service for the entire four nights of my stay, which led to longer wait times and was somewhat frustrating.

I had a 7 night stay, my 1st time in Chicago. Lobby was well-maintained, Asian gentleman at the reception was friendly & professional. Room was spacious & well-equipped but kitchen countertop was dirty & I had to clean it myself. Wish there were water dispensers/bottled water provided though. Breakfast was below average, spread was limited & food wasn't great quality. Gym was fantastic. Location was pretty quiet and safe, about 30 mins from city centre, 3-5 mins walk from the nearest metro....
