"Stayed at Ink 48 while in town for my wife's birthday. The service was excellent from the doormen, bellhop, cleaners and front desk. The hotel is in great condition and has a roof top patio and lounge that gives you a 360 view of the city and the incredible sunsets. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting NYC, the location is perfect for getting around town. "

"Simone and the rest of the staff were excellent. Everyone was super friendly and not just to us. We'll definitely stay here again. Whoever is doing the hiring is doing a great job. Our only suggestion is to close off the shower stalls and maybe replace the toilet tank insides. (The flushing system was a little janky.) "
