"Room floor and baseboards were filthy- dust dirt crumbs even a beer bottle cap were under bed and bench. Baseboards dusty/dirty as were corners. Bed and pillows were of mediocre quality and not comfortable. Was disappointed to have no fridge for personal items but had a cooler we brought which I was thankful for. Location is fantastic for millennium park, shopping and dining and navy pier is close by as well. If room was cleaner and pillows were better I would have rated this higher. "
