"Disappointed not to be in main building of hotel - we were put in apartments down the road. Luggage and parking was difficult. Breakfast was excellent."

"Perfect location and the staff was amazing! My colleague and I came to Goswell House before traveling to Central London for business. We were steps away from Windsor Castle and wonderful restaurants/shopping! I also cannot say enough good things about the accommodations or the staff! We had large suitcases (due our business trip) that we were assisted with; and our rooms were just perfect! Thank you, Goswell House!!"

"The staff were very welcoming on arrival and helpfully already had our room key sorted. The hotel was pleasant and clean though it should be noted that our room was very, very warm. This had been appreciated by the staff in advance by the placement of a fan in the room. We recognised that this could not be helped due to the heatwave and the lack of air con in an old building but we appreciated the effort. "

"Hotel much smaller than appears on photographs and room was very small and cramped however it was spotless clean and well maintained. Breakfast menu had a good selection and food was delicious All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. "
