"The property was nice . However I was disappointed that the TVs were outdated . They should be smart TVs . The pillows were very uncomfortable . The toilet was leaking for 2 nights . The atmosphere was excellent. Lots of restaurants, pools . We stayed at the diamond area . The lua was awesome but not for $800 for the 4 of us . We had to pay for the Leigh’s and photos too ."

"Checked in at 12am Canadian time 9pm Hawaii time Checkin was great until the bellman was outside our door hanging around slipping notes under our door to get us rate him dude we got here give us time !!!! Front desk seem very unorganized over charged us for parking 12days when we only had a car for 3 days Extremely noisy walls ,are very thin doors banging all hours they put us in room 1530 right by the service elevator so housekeeping banging the door walls very early in the morning housekeeping talking very loud Front deck didn't seem very informative last day we were there we saw that there was a lei making class I asked oh is it free she said yes I asked why didn't you tell us that when we checked in she replied its on the TV!!!!! Really come make your guests feel welcome 🙄🙄🙄🙄 This will be our 1st and last stay at the Outrigger waikiki paradise The beds are so soft which is terrible the bathroom sink is the size of a milk carton there is zero water pressure and no counter space the bathroom door only opens half no mirrors no chairs for the room and only one chair on deck pool is tiny 🤔"
