"I booked the hotel because there is a roof top terrace to see the West Lake. But in fact, the roof top terrace is closed all the time. I was disappointed. But the staff was nice. The room is a bit outdated but clean. "

The front rooms have large windows with lateral view of the lake promenade (ask for a room on the left wing for more scenic views). "Surprisingly good location for West lake and nearby shopping stripe. Located in a quiet street, there is a night market just opposite on the road, and walking distance to West lake in 10 mins. Not your 4 star room, but comfort for a night stay. Facilities are a bit dated but checked-in was smoothand easy, the check-in instructions were clear."

"Very clean facility, excellent location, friendly staff. The only problem is finding the place. The listing on Expedia gives the address but it is the address of a complex. The hotel is on the 6th floor. If you face the front of the building (looking at Starbucks) the entrance is on the left side of the building. Look for the big lemon statue."
