"Stayed in a suite with private onsen and lounge area. We were a family of 4 and this was perfect for us. The room was comfortable, clean and all the little extras were a treat. The futons were also the nicest we had in Japan! The food was amazing but soooo much of it! We tried to ask for less but I don’t think they know how to do less! Location was great with lovely views and the lift straight from the hotel to the ropeway was very helpful. Staff were fantastic, we felt like honoured guests. Having the car service from Gora station was also very helpful. We stayed in many different places during our 3 week trip and this was my favourite. Highly recommend."
