"We had a wonderful stay at Champton Hanoi Hotel — the location in the heart of the Old Quarter was perfect for walking to Hoan Kiem Lake, Train Street and local food spots, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and made check-in and check-out smooth. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and we especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet with lots of fresh options. The rooftop pool and bar with city views was a great bonus after a day of exploring. "Location ! Hanoi is a big city but this place is located In an oasis. Everyone was so nice and helpful at the hotel, the bed was super comfy and breakfast was very good. We loved our stay and we will definitely come back and recommend it. Well located and comfortable! everything was great"
