"We had a really nice stay at Hanoi Boutique Hotel and Spa. As it was our Honeymoon, they even decorated our room as a Little surprise. ☺️ the Airport Shuttle was also very comfortable. We had to leave before breakfast so they prepared a really yummy breakfast to Go. We would recommend staying here 1000%. ☺️"

Hanoi Royal Premium Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Great staff, good location. Do Not book Privare Transfer to Mu Cang Chai. Driver was ill prepared got a flat tire and dis not have a spare. This meant having to pay for a Hotel and mine and his food at MY COST. Due to Typhoon, ended up having to stay 2 nights, only 34 kms from my destination. Also had to pay for a motor taxi at MY COST from Hotel to Mu Cang Chai. I am expecting a reimbursement. Driver is to immature to be employed for Client Service."

"Although there was some noise on from the 10th floor due to some construction in the dining area above our room, it didnt matter so much as it was during the day. The pool is a bit small and only two chairs next to the pool. The Sky Bar was bit of a let down, we only seen it open once in the 10 nights of our stay. but there are so many drinking places within a few minutes walk so wasnt a problem. The Hotel is on a busy main road but there was no noise from it in the room. The location was excellent all major tourist attractions are only a short walk away. The hotel staff were very friendly and always had a smile. When were next in Hanoi i will definatly choose this hotel again"

"Breakfast was very good. However, if you are staying longer than 3 days, the selection gets old. I suggest getting breakfast at different places. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. Your check in starts with the manager, Henry, who made sure to make sure our stay not just with their hotel, but n Hanoi, very pleasant."

"This hotel is an oasis of tranquility in the busy city of Hanoi. The rooms are spotless, the beds are SO comfortable and the amenities are excellent. That being said, it is really the staff that puts this at the BEST hotel we have ever stayed at. Each staff member is very warm, professional & anticipate your every need. They make you feel very special. Anna is an incredible hostess who made our stay so memorable. We will definitely be returning to this hotel & recommending it to all our friends and family. Perfection!!"
