"Easy access to everything that matters - short walk to free ski bus, great restaurants and the main retail area. The staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. I rarely right such a positive review but don't know what I'd complain about. "

"Loved Mont Cervin Palace! Amazing Matterhorn views from the room, Grill Le Cervin served fantastic grilled meats and fish—perfect après-ski dinner. Ski rental right in the hotel plus secure lockers made everything so easy. Super convenient location in Zermatt, great staff, and the spa was a nice bonus. Can’t wait to return!"

"The location is super convenient, very close to train station which makes it very easy for us to travel with luggages; close to all jids of transportations for skiing and walking distance to the cemter of village. Hotel itself is very comfortable with great layout and good storage in the room. Fantastic breakfast selections and the onsite ski rental makes it very easy for us. "
