"Breakfast was not a good option. The eggs were cold. Worst Embassy Suites breakfast I've ever had. Beds were not comfortable. Drop ceilings in the bathroom were pushed up slightly. Not nice to the brand standard. Staff was there, not engaged."

"Inside of the toilet dirty. Third shift employee was rude. Never was told about construction before check in learned about it by getting in the elevator by a sign. The dust from the construction cause me to have an asthma attack.Was awaken by very loud people talking construction worker then by saws and hammer's. Not to happy. Even closed bedroom door could still hear them. Shouldn't have been told up front about construction. I wouldn't have paid that kind of money during construction. "

"We booked 3 days at IHG Boca for doctors appts. We left after the first night due to BED BUGS. There were roaches on the first floor common areas in the corners. Our room was on the 4th fl. The bedbugs appear at night, first in the corners of the mattress which had many sheets to hide the bugs. The desk staff could not help us with a refund. I would like a refund and am in the process of filing with Boca Health dept."
