We have stayed her 4 times and each time the staff was wonderful and helpful. We have lived in Thailand for a few years and i will never get used to how hard the beds are. In this hotel my back reminded me of it by the time morning came. Could up date the beds like many other hotels in Thailand are doing.

It was easy to take the shuttle to the airport for free but it only runs every few hours.. the area didn’t have many activities around and was a 10 minute walk from the nearest metro station. The food at the restaurant was overly sweet and not worth the price. The staff was okay. Overall we enjoyed our stay though the cleanliness could have been better, we felt comfortable.

There was no welcome drink upon check-in. However, cleaning staff was excellent and reception was helpful in extending 1 hour checkout at no cost. Convenient eats, Cafe Amazon, hair salons and laundromats very nearby. Airport shuttles provided at 10.30am and 1.30pm only, on request. Nice banana fritters and other fried local snacks a short walk away.

check the shuttle

The hotel and the staff were great as we checked in after midnight. The breakfast was excellent and well worth the price. That the hotel has an airport shuttle is a little misleading as the shuttle only goes TO the airport and only in a three-hour window each day.

It was convenient to get to the airport but extremely difficult in finding it from the airport as there were so many main roads that couldn't be crossed other than going miles out of our way to locate the hotel.
