Family was dropping off my wife just arriving from America and front staff questions my wife, how many children come with you? . This made my wife shy and upset. Instead of the children able to see grandma for her first few hours back in Jakarta, she rushed them out.

Good location

Though the hotel is a bit old in its fixtures, but the water pressure for shower is really good, the best among hotels I stayed in Indonesia. Also, hotel is linked to the mall (just with 30 seconds walk) that shopping or eating is very convienent.

The hotel is 30 years old, so many facilities in the room didn't function properly. The design of the bath tub is dangerous. Very slippery. The ventilation system in the bathroom doesn't work properly so the floor and the wall are all full of mold or dirty stains. The house keeping staffs forgot to dry the floor in the bathroom, forgot to refill the conditioner, and forgot to vacuum the carpet, and forgot to provide the new tea bags. The mattres and pillows are comfort. The cabin door for the refrigerator i broken. In general, the staffs in the front desk are freindly and hepful.

Old but valuable

The hotel itself is a bit old, hence it's exptected that the renovation or facilities in rooms are with ages and some might not function such as the mini refrigerator did not work. But considering the price and a variety of breakfast included, it is not a bad choice for one or two days stay.

The employee's mind was professional. The hotel was comfortable.The customer's professionalism was disappointing. The child ran around in the hallway, the parents did not control. I smoked in the smoke-free hallway
