We had a fantastic stay at Kimpton Clock Tower. Our room was spacious and well furnished with everything we needed. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast in the Refuge restaurant. Tom and the team took great care of us and went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable.

Staff was very good and helpful, they made me feel as good as they can within their power and was very friendly. Location was ideal and very much central to everything as you can go everywhere within 20 mins of walk. Room was clean and had everything you would expect from a place like this. A wonderful hotel - can’t recommend it highly enough. Fabulous architecture, lovely rooms with plenty of space, a very comfortable bed, clean crisp linen and lots of little extras. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Just one small point, as 1st time visitors to the hotel, it would have been helpful on arrival at breakfast if the staff taking your room number would check if you have had breakfast at the hotel before so could explain re self service and ordering of hot drinks etc.
