Jacinta was amazing, and the strong ported who carried our luggage upstairs. If you want a lager couple of rooms, and an original large vintage bathroom that takes you back in time with a genuine old bathtub then The grand is for you, three of us stayed to see Cindy Lauper in concert. It exceeded my expectations, warm, friendly and great atmosphere, you cant ask for much more, and the price was so great, I will return again and tell everyone, Absolutely could not fault it.

The Grand Hotel was amazing to stay at. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, and our room was just how we wanted it. The food was amazing and the atmosphere was awesome. Will definitely stay again if we ever nees to be down that way again :)

A lovely old pub style hotel built in 1891 Very basic room in need of refurbishment Comfortable bed and that’s it Ideal for a cheap overnight stay

Great location, good pub below, friendly staff who were very accommodating to our late arrival. No noise from the pub below, comfy bed and great shower. Bathroom window didn't open, but that's me being picky. Would recommend.

The staff were lovely and very helpful. The hotel has the old world charm and is quite beautiful. There was quite a bit of dust that needs to be dealt with, and we found the sink semi blocked, and the mini fridge needs a good clean inside. But overall was a great stay. Likely would stay again!
