South Korea Kid friendly Holidays

We stayed in the family room and it was very spacious! Many local eateries around. However, air con was not switched on in april and room was stuffy. Staff provided fans after we brought this up.

The location is quite convenient to eat, shopping To the airport is not so far from Taxi and shuttle bus from hotel

We return for a 30-year wedding anniversary trip as we honeymooned here 30 years ago. It was a great nostalgic moment to return to place where we started our family. Amazing service in 2 weeks in Korea traveling the country, I would say Sheila is still our favorite Hotel and comfort and elegance. Only thing is I think they could do better with air circulation to deal with humidity. I noticed everywhere I went in Korea seems to be humid but I also believe that's the experience of all foreigners would travel in Korea where somewhat of a normal way of life but I do expect air conditioners to be crisp and without humidity. Other than that everyone has been amazing and the employees and the staff definitely are above and beyond and cream of the crop. Thank you for an amazing stay and service.

Bathroom amenities is minimal for 4 stars hotel

The buffet had a great selection of bith western and asian style breakfast. Staff was friendly.

Location is too far away from the center of Seoul city

Perfect location. Although a little dated, it was a very pleasant place to stay. Very convenient for visiting all of the different places in the city that you would like to visit.

Room was clean, make-up room was carried out promptly. Staff were courteous and friendly. Location was very accessible for shopping and close to Myeongdong subway station.
