Close to Myeondong and center to go other place in Seoul. Nice bed but blanket a little too warm. Nice bidet and shower. Clean hotel. Little mold in washroom. Nice lighting.

We had a wonderful stay at Grand Lotte Hotel. The staff was very attentive and helpful throughout our visit, from arrival and checkout to holding our bags before departure. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well maintained.
We especially appreciated the unexpected upgrade to a newly remodeled room in the main tower. The room was beautifully done and very comfortable. The buffet had an excellent variety for both breakfast and dinner and was very accommodating to our family. The housekeeping staff on our floor was also incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed.
Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again.

Great location to get around. We found that breakfast wasn't good value so we only had it on the first morning. Staff always very friendly. Cleanliness was very good. If we ever return to Seoul, we would definitely stay again.

"Highly recommend the hotel, location - the space was awesome for a family of 4! Laundry available, separate sleeping area's, an eating area, living room area, etc. All great. Walkable to Han river, walkable to subway, walkable to great food. Loved this location and spot. Would stay again!"
