"The smaller rooms are like those in NYC but if you just need to sleep,it's fine. The bathroom is cramped with a very uncomfortable shower that requires some contortion to get into, not for older people or those with joint problems. Location was excellent, across the street from the beautiful Hyde Park with plenty of transportation available. The air conditioner was marginal we had to open the window, not easy...something to check out before going in hot months...we were there in June,still cool...

"I booked this room for my daughter's first visit to London, and it was the perfect safe spot for her to arrive to after a long overnight flight.
