"The hotel is nice, very clean, close to transportation, lots of restaurants and shopping. The down side is the room. While the room is nice, my view from the window was a wall-such a downer as I was there 4 nights. I think the view from floors 12 to 14 are wall views depending on what direction your room is facing. Also there is not much of a changing area after a shower so that is inconvenient - we had to tell everyone in the room to not come near the bathroom area."

Very spacious by Japanese standards and would highly recommend to anyone. 5 min walk to dontobori and Namba station Namba station is 15mins (7 stops) from shin osaka station should you need the Shinkansen.
