The only complaint that I have is that the check-in staff did not make it clear to me that one must now request to have to room serviced during one's stay, so I had to go fetch some clean towels and coffee on saturday evening. The towels and coffee were, of course, supplied without demur. "

"I'd been told their pool was "being repaired" for the last 3 months. Fine, but then their changeable marquee shouldn't say "IN POOL" and their website shouldn't reference it either. If I hadn't seen it referenced in other reviews I wouldn't have known and would have been quite upset. After all this time of the pool being closed they shouldn't be able to claim they have one at all!"

"Staff was really friendly. The surrounding area was quiet. The room was fine. The room was pretty large. Needs a little updating. It had all wood flooring which was great. The room was clean. We only stayed over night so we did not use the shower.We would stay here again."
