Our lock was broken and there are no peepholes to see who is on the other side of...

This is despite from showing her the booking confirmation sheet. However the following morning, the receptionist said there was a misunderstanding and that the owner offers her apology and the payment for extra Pax was returned to us. Overall stay was good though improvements can be made on shower room such as adding water heater and...
