Well equipped gym that is opened 24/7. Beautiful infinity pool overlooking the city. Comfortable rooms with renovated facilities like rain shower, bidet, standing lamp and fall into sleep beds and pillows, with very strong air con in the room. Breakfast is wonderful, with variations each day. Staff most welcoming and obliging. When I had an early morning, reception staff Jefry arrange for takeaway American breakfast ready at 5am. Will stay again if in Jakarta.

We travelled as a couple and our entire stay was exceptional! The rooms are large with modern and luxurious amenities, and have a great view of the city. We were also able to eat at the Chinese restaurant, which too was a very good meal. Breakfast was great! The gym has modern equipment and the rooftop heated pool has a great view. Overall we can’t recommend this hotel enough, and we’ll be back.

This might very well be the absolute best hotel I've had the pleasure to stay at. The staff fully masters the difficult and crucial balance between being friendly and attentive. Our Executive room was well beyond our expectations -- which already were pretty high, after reading previous guests' reviews. The breakfast was nothing but excellent. The only downside is the neighbourhood. The Hermitage is located in a residential area far from -- more or less -- anything of interest. That's however...
