The staff is very friendly and helpful, and they addressed various minor issues professionally and in a timely manner. The air conditioning worked great and everything in our room was clean and well cared for. We had 2 twins beds side by side that were comfortable and gave the room a lot of space. Location was a plus plus - just under 5 minutes easy walk from the Florence train station (only minus was to exit the train station there were about 20 steps."

"A beautiful historic property that makes you feel as if you're in the heart of Tuscany, but convenient to Florence. The room was comfortable and the restaurant and bar were quite good. The shuttle service into Florence was very welcome and prompt. I suggest doing some advance research on the history of the property before you get there - it's fascinating. Highly recommend!"
