"Welcome macha tea at the lobby with a view of wonderful garden is just a start. They have 'gold' and 'silver' hot spa to enjoy. Public baths are good size and clean with outdoor area. "The onsen hotel is clean, quiet and comfortable. Facilities are quite new. Staff were very friendly and nice. In particular, we really like the private onsen. "The hosts are the loveliest couple I've met in Japan, took me to the nearby Onsen, helped me plan the rest of my stay and are still in touch with me from time to time to give suggestions for activities and to check how I'm doing.
