We really appreciated the staff’s hospitality — they even allowed us a free late check-out for six extra hours, which made our departure much easier. "This is an INCREDIBLE hotel for the price and area. Very modern, extremely clean, nice amenities. You have 24/7 access to get free bottles of water, mango and fruit juice, and some soy snacks, iced tea and coffee, and general amenities like combs and toothbrushes. Requests with the team can be submitted through a very technological and well designed online chat. The design identity of the hotel is siper well made and it was ja great experience overall. The breakfast was quite good as well. The only not amazing thing is that the area just outside the hotel entrance is a bit dodgy. I didnt feel unsafe, but its very different than when you walk 1min down the entrance and end up on one of the main streets, which are very clean and safe. Aside from that, great place!"
