"Service . Spa . Clean are excellent as well as the hotel and room condition. The staff is very helpful, and the restaurants are good. Traffic is available outside the hotel. We mostly enjoyed the massage and the Spa which are extra ordinary. "

We also used the hotel’s car service to explore the city, which was very convenient and comfortable. The food and restaurants were excellent, offering a great variety and top quality. We really appreciated the staff’s hospitality — they even allowed us a free late check-out for six extra hours, which made our departure much easier. "This is an INCREDIBLE hotel for the price and area. Very modern, extremely clean, nice amenities. You have 24/7 access to get free bottles of water, mango and fruit juice, and some soy snacks, iced tea and coffee, and general amenities like combs and toothbrushes. Requests with the team can be submitted through a very technological and well designed online chat. The design identity of the hotel is siper well made and it was ja great experience overall. The breakfast was quite good as well. The only not amazing thing is that the area just outside the hotel entrance is a bit dodgy. I didnt feel unsafe, but its very different than when you walk 1min down the entrance and end up on one of the main streets, which are very clean and safe. Aside from that, great place!"
