"The property was clean and comfortable and felt safe. We had some trouble accessing the key because of the language barrier, but once we realized the Union flag at the top of the instructions was a tab to translate to English, everything was clear. Several areas could be improved on. The parking space was very tight, so that one had to park so close to the next car on one side that you could only exit the car on the other side. This may be a common problem in Sapporo, but a few more feet of...

"This is our second time staying here, and the experience remains just as impressive as the first. The consistency in quality is what keeps us coming back. The self-check-in process is seamless and makes arrival stress-free. We also really appreciate the full kitchen, which is well-equipped and perfect for preparing meals. It is also within walking distance to Aeon. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable stay."

"We stayed in premier hotel towards the end of our trip. And it was excellent, massive room with an amazing view of river, Lawson was right next to the hotel and only 10 mins walk to the city. Iโd highly recommend this for a nice relaxing time in Sapporo."
"This is a beautiful hotel. We loved the lounge access that came with our rooms, the amazing breakfast and the public bath experience. The staff were extremely helpful in finding options for us to get to places and to find restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel."
"Large and very clean room facing Sapporo JR station, excellent city view, great location, easy access to shopping and attractions, we have a great time, definitely love to stay here again."
"Hotel has free onsen public bath, but can be very crowded. During the busy hours, it can be not very clean and the soap and lotion aren't that good. The breakfast is okay, not the best. It maybe because April doesn't have much harvest.
The worst thing is our room not 100% cleaned because there were a piece of suspicious piece of trash by the door since first day till check out and still never been thrown out. Bedsheets are a bit rough and pillows are too hard or high to sleep on. A/C cannot be turn on during winter season, April, is a torture for most westerners.
The Japanese staffs can be very polite, but lack English communication. This needs to be improved, especially, for tourism business. Luckily there is Google Translate."
"Amazing location and view of the tower! This is the nicest hotel I've been to thus far with its posh lounge and clean, modern, and updated rooms. We thought the rooms were spacious enough that we could completely open our luggage and still have room to walk around.
The staff were a gem and very helpful everytime we needed them. The check-in/out process was simple; even my parents who are not good with technology were able to do it themselves. My dad loved the breakfast menu so we ended up going twice during our stay.
It was quite nice the hotel provided 500 yen vouchers to use for the lounge or breakfast every day you forego room cleaning; I haven't seen done before in any hotels I've stayed in. Our only regret was not having enough time to go to the rooftop view of the tower because the beds were so comfortable."
