"The area was great with shopping mall and restaurants in walking distance from the hotel. Very helpful and nice staff. Very clean. Good breakfast with hot meals and some variety. "

"Shower was still pretty grimy, especially in the corners, when the water would build up because the sink was a little clogged it felt pretty disgusting. No extra toilet paper provided. Wifi bad even for hotel wifi. Also no password or security on it at all."

"out of our 5 night stay the pool was closed for one whole day with no explanation. No cleaning, no changing towels, no toilet paper refill without asking for these (new rules - fair enough), area pretty noisy as they are erecting a new skyscraper next door - guess can't do anything about that! Overall good impression and nice view!"

"ホテルの窓口が非常に分かりにくいので、かなり迷いました。知り合いに聞いたら、ホテルとは別で民泊みたいなものだそうです。しかし部屋は広く35階で眺望は最高でした。またプールもホテルとしては広く良かった。利便性は最高でした。下には綺麗なショッピングモールが盛業していました。ただ部屋の電子キーが調子が悪く苦労をしました。"

"Had a large family of 6. Was a very comfortable stay. Great location. Short walk to night food market and Bukit Bintang. Customer service from management was excellent!"

"Our unit had an excellent view of KL tower and other skyline views. The unit was spacious (2BR/2BA) and for the most part, up to date. The walls could have used a nice coat of paint, and the doors could do with replacing. I’ve come to realize that in this humid climate, mold and cockroaches will always be present, so it’s just a matter of how much mold (in the bathrooms and shower) you are willing to put up with. As for the cockroaches, it wasn’t until the 3rd day when we finally encountered...
