"Facility does not have a front desk. You have to call a cell number to check in from the car/taxi/Grab/airport transfer vehicle you came in. If the vehicle can wait, you can do it inside your air conditioned car. If your vehicle cannot wait, you will be outside the building entrance with all your bags in the sweltering heat while you figure out how to check in.
