"The hotel still very new and convenient with walking distance to One Utama. Hospitality wise is perfect as they provide shuttle to BU transportation hub as my mom are not able to walk long distance."

"The only thing that I could say that was an inconvenience was that I couldn’t heat up my food. Please create another place just for people who can heat up their meals or milk etc Because sometimes we need to feed our children at odd hours or an elderly mother And it’s in conversation when someone says Oh we can’t allow you to do that Because it can contaminate out microwave. It’s always important to have it available to the Guest who are staying at your facility."

RJs rooftop bar is outstanding with awesome views of the city and Naim one of the bar tenders was outstanding and added to the relaxed and enjoyable environment. Breakfast with Mr Kenneth in charge made for a great start to the day with a huge variety of food and prompt service. We were on the 26th floor again with a great city views and spacious room. The convenience of the Paradigm mall next to the hotel was a pleasant surprise with a good range of shopping and food outlets. We throughly enjoy our 8 days and cannot speak more highly of the hotel, staff and great service."
