I was warmly welcome when i reached with personal touch - hand written card in my room. Was upgraded to a suite for this time as i returned again. Awesome spread of breakfast too! Thank you and great team - please keep up the great job without disappointment as usual!

This is one of the best hotel in Bangkok. Great service by all the staffs. Very clean and well maintained property. Luxurious room. Great fantastic view. Quiet and peaceful.

An amazing stay at Avani+ Riverside Hotel. We were upgraded to a high floor with a spectacular view of the Chao Praya River . It’s simply awesome to wake up to the view and witnessing sunrise and sunset . The pool area is fantastic! An awesome getaway!

Staff were very helpful and friendly. The premise was clean and the rooms were great! Breakfast was wonderful. The only drawback was the location as it is not located near a train station.

Absolutely wonderful stay at this 5-star hotel! This was already my 5th or 6th stay, and once again, the experience was exceptional. Did not have their breakfast so cannot comment on that. They upgraded us to a corner room as the one we booked is currently facing a construction site and so do appreciate the initiative by the staff at SILQ. The layout of the room is excellent and the bathroom is huge, there is a well-equipped kitchenette with a washing/dryer machine and a separate living room. They even provide washing powder, so thoughtful. The design of the room is very well thought out and the fittings and furnishings...

I stay in Shangri La bangkok on 13 May 2024...front office staff helpful ! Breakfast oso not bad...the hotel ferry to ICON Siam good idea but ended up 5.30pm evening too early, last ferry shld be ending 7pm or 7 30pm from ICON Siam much convenient for hotel guest...at least let hotel guest finished their dinner n take last ferry ride 7pm or 7.30pm better...5.30pm ferry ride too early...otherwise hotel is good ! I m from Singapore.

Pathumwan Princess has always been my top choice of hotel for Bangkok. It is well connected to MBK mall and Siam. The hotel breakfast is of a very high quality and standard. The rooms are newly renovated which are large in space, clean and brightly lighted. Staff are very friendly and approachable

Room was clean and as per described. Hotel staff was helpful and service oriented. Overall a pleasant stay.
