Great experience
這個價位非常的划算,剛到旅館就碰到很親切的櫃台老闆娘,推薦了我們很多很不錯的地方,例如按摩店,接睫毛沙龍,當地很大又便宜的 購物中心與美食廣場。 旅館中有電梯,上下樓方便。 雖然沒有吹風機可以使用,不過整體環境乾淨舒適。 衣櫃裡放了很多衣架,冷氣很涼,房間中的網路很快速順暢。 旅館隔壁是教會,再往前有柏青哥店,周遭也蠻多本地的食閣街頭美食可以選擇。附近走路15分鐘的距離有很棒的咖啡店lee cafe and bar。 這裡是經濟旅行或短期居住的一個好選擇。

May want to consider treating customers better
I made a wrong reservation date for 1 day later, which was admittedly my fault. The receptionist was unwilling to make arrangements for us to live in and made us stay at the lobby. We proposed to make a small top-up to the fees to occupy the empty rooms available immediately, while she make our slots for tomorrow open for booking - a win-win situation for both parties. However, she insisted that she has to contact the customer service to make it happen. In the end, we were made to wait at the lobby for 2.5 hours, not allowed to leave our baggage to go our activities after 2 hours, and eventually paid the full price to stay for the day. Not the positive experience I would expect from a proposed solution that works for both parties. With the power of reviews available to customers today, sincerity is more appreciated now than ever, I do hope the management will look into making RedDoorz a positive experience for travellers. Tip to fellow travellers: Please check all details of your reservations if you want to enjoy your Batam trip with RedDoorz, they are not amicable to any form of alternative arrangements.
