My husband and I make 4 to 5 trips to KL each year and each time we stayed at One World. With exception for an earlier trip this year, my office booked me at their sister hotel also located within One Utama. Their F&B is the best and hospitality is excellent.

Stayed on 12-14/11/22 because it is near MITEC where niece had a concert to attend. The hotel is within walking distance (about 15mins) to MITECH and 20 mins to Publika Shopping Gallery. The 2 bedroom comfy suite is very clean and spacious. Hotel is also clean and the staff at the reception are always friendly and ready to help. Aircon was nice and cold. Good buffet spread and friendly staff. Only gripe was that rooms are a little small and the shower area can get slippery.

Excellent staffs.. Excellent Service! We were greeted with fresh & enthusiastic staffs! A big thumbs up to The bell captains, security staffs 👍 Mosaic restaurant staffs very efficient & helpful.. This hotel features a futuristic concept and has very beautiful skyline views of KL, including the Petronas Twin Towers and Merdeka 118. I had a very memorable and comfortable stay, and really appreciated the free suite upgrade. The hotel has a convenient central location, just a walking distance to shopping malls such as Suria KLCC.

Very convenient to the MRT & TRX. The convenient stores on the ground floor were also a big bonus. Not as crowded as the city centre. Room amenities are good. I enjoy the smell of fresh linen.

Grand Hyatt is strategically located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, 5 minutes of walking distance to Suria KLCC and Petronas Twin Towers. Our stay as a family of 3 was excellent. The options given to choose the bed type wasn’t sufficient when we had chosen 2 adults & 1 child below 12. End up, my wife and I squeezed into one double bed, and child on the other. The bed and pillow were comfortable. However to win the public over, it will always be nice to have one soft & one firm pillow per bed. There is no mirror inside the room other than inside the toilet. Overall is good except that the lift only allows access from basement carpark to lobby but not vice versa, i.e. need to take the stairs from lobby to basement carpark.

A very nice location right next to the twin towers. Fantastic roof-top bar with pool, overlooking the twin towers. Fantastic bunch of team, from the check-in team to the customer service by the pool, the conciege and the roof-top bar. Special mention of Dolly, who made our day from the moment we step foot into W.
