Clean, modern & cool! Just missing room service!

Room was quite large, newly furnished, and smelled clean and fresh. The breakfast was fairly sizable, but basically the same thing every day, the swimming pool was great, very clean amenities.

My 3 nights stay was a fantastic experience. Booked the hotel to experience Penang's natural beauty. This is definitely not for the thrill seeker traveler. It's perfect for those who are looking for a relaxing getaway. You get the privacy you need since it's at the opposite end of the island, over the hills, and close to Penang National Park's entrance. Good staff service, clean and looks new room

Great location, nice beach and gardens (but sea near the shore is brown). Service is exceptional, from the waiters at the pool to the reception and breakfast staff. Great sunset views overlooking gardens, white beach and sea. We were upgraded to a suite which was very big and beautiful, with verandah deck and stunning views. Facilities and room were great, although it is under renovation.

Nice Kids Roxy Suite with toys and story books, my kids simply like them. The kids swimming pools was awesome and my kids love it.

Great hotel. Suitable for families or couples. Location is a little far from city but near to the beach. Perfect for a relaxing vacation.

The reception staffs were all very friendly. Staff at breakfast area were very friendly and quick to clean up the table. Well done. Mr Fiq, was managing the breakfast crowd and the staff very well. Kudos to him and his team!

The Kids Club is fantastic and Splash Pool is great
