"We had a very good experience at the imperial hotel Charlotte on reception very good All staff excellent Building a little dated corridor a little up and down Overall a nice experience also dinner was well presented "

"This hotel is clean throughout. The rooms are comfortable as are the beds. The real selling point of this hotel is its staff. Everyone we met was polite, friendly and went out of their way to make our stay the best experience possible. If the restaurant is available during your stay we would recommend you eat there. Breakfast is plentiful and freshly prepared whilst the evening meals are better than many expensive restaurants. Book this hotel and you will not be disappointed. "

"Wonderful place to stay, overlooking the estuary and castle. Would recommend keeping the curtains closed if you have a shared terrace room - we had a few people drifting past taking photos of the castle when we were not dressed for such guests. "

"This is our ‘go to hotel’ in Llandudno, had over 12 trips to the Marine Hotel now. Food (breakfast and evening meal) was great, the hotel is always very clean and the staff can’t do enough for you. Yes the building is old, was squeaky floorboards but what be you expect for a building a few hundred hundred years ol"

"The staff were excellent. The rooms were lovely and spacious. We had a dog friendly room which was really lovely. The food was delicious, the hotel is centrally positioned in Conwy. I would highly recommend a stay at this Hotel. We will return again the near future."
