"We had a fantastic sea view room which was spotlessly clean. The staff in all areas were attentive, always available and delivered great service. The quality of food surpassed our expectations. The gym had great Technogym equipment, cardio and free weights. The Spa facilities and treatements were of a high standard, so much so that we went back a second time. Would definitely recommend a stay"

"We had a problem with the initial room and the staff was gracious and moved us. We had booked a balcony room for the sunset view of the ocean and unfortunately the glass barriers on ours were completely dirty and streaked so unless standing no view. All others looked clean. This was important to me, they listened and moved us. I was grateful. Bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was amazing, and the location great. Beach was just across the street down a public access. 5 minute walk but they would shuttle you as well if needed. Great overall service and would definitely book again. "

"Fantastic resort. First impression was that it was a bit tired in places but after looking around we loved it. Pool areas and restaurants beautiful and great landscaping. Beech very quiet. Food great and good value. Staff and service very very good. Scenic views across the water. Highly recommend this place. No negatives at all. "

"We were promised a 1pm checkout but was told on the day we had to vacate at 12.30 latest. I had gone shopping and fekt very frustrated as i had to rush getting a shower . No clear communication on that point and very last minute"

"We thought the customer service here was excellent. Very attentive staff. It was the small things that were appreciated, movie nights, free popcorn, cold fruit sticks, live music nights, kite flying. Relaxing by the pool without loud thumping music. Varied and tasty breakfast options. We spent a week here and are glad that we opted for the larger deluxe super king room. Thanks for a great week. "
