"When i try to check in, i have to ask security. Security help me to contact owner but no one answer.Throgh hotel.com i left a message and he said i have to scan passport. Finally he ask a friend to assist me to check in another apartment.It take me 2 hours to check in. Bad experience and no WiFi in room."

"The first apt they give us,very dirty. Dust everywhere the bathroom have mold Bed bug on bed and the apartment smell. We asked to be moved and the same thing with the second apartment with a bit clean. I have to clean the apartment my self to make me comfortable.I found out on the last day of my trip that this apartment only to be rented monthly and good luck if you lost your property in this apartment.The agent was not honest.I will NEVER stay here again."
