Location of the Hotel is perfect, in the centre of the City and close to all amenities. If we come again to Bristol, we will certainly stay there. "Great location hotel. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Rooms only cleaned every 3 days which meant we were always chasing for top ups of teabags/milk and toilet roll. Very hard beds. Bar charges a “service charge” for pouring your drink and passing it to you - not table service - which we all found to be somewhat disagreeable . Did not try restaurants. "
