Harbour Hotel Bristol

"Excellent hotel in a fab location. The only thing that let it down was a poorly organised breakfast with a lot of items run out (and no more available, according to staff) by 9am on a weekend, which is poor. Be aware that the spa access and breakfast are NOT included in the Expedia rate, which is not made entirely clear on booking. You need to pay extra for these (breakfast approx £12-18pp, spa access approx £15phpp)."

Bristol Grand Hotel By Sunday

"Hotel was lovely, staff were helpful. Only giving a 4 star because on this occasion I could not sleep due to a loud rumbling noise kept going off through the night, as well as the receptionist knocking on the doors of surrounding rooms at one point until found the one they were after. Not sure if the rumbling noise was beyond the hotels control or not. Everything else was 5 star and so were my last 2 visits, love this hotel."
