This was a terrible experience. We waited over an hour and a half to get access to the property with two children late in the evening. The beds weren’t made. The property was dirty, very very dusty. It was appalling. I will never go back.

Shockingly bad, very disappointed
Imagine after a long drive late at night you have to change your own sheets because it is soiled and wasn't changed since the last guest. You would expect the next day someone at the very least to change the bedding but guess what, no one even came in to collect the old soiled sheets. The bin had rubbish from the last guest too, very dissatisfied and disappointed. I've reached out to Your Apartment Reservations team who were aware of the situation, still haven't responded back, it has been over a week without response. Absolutely shocking.

Although the building is in an amazing location, the apartment itself it is a lot smaller than pictured. Was all I needed which was great, but, the walls were dirty and chewing gum on the window seal. Also did got two single beds put together instead of an king size. I was constantly falling in between the mattresses. Apart from that it was a nice experience and the staff were very helpful.

Not very clean.
Apartment was much smaller than expected. Once I arrived it was not very clean - dusty and zero attention to detail. Paint work is scuffed and could do with attention. Wouldn’t recommend or rebook. The car parking isn’t guaranteed and spaces are tiny.

Recommended for longer stays
Perfect for a couple of days stay in the area. All the amenities you would expect to be able to cook for yourself and a tesco just 2 minutes walk away. Very close to Bristol city centre with good bus connections.

Premium apartment was small & photos misleading - the apartment we got had a different layout & less spacious than the one pictured. Shower pressure was very poor and made it hard to shower properly. The most frustrating thing though was the Co-working space advertised was exclusively booked out to corporate clients for the entirety of our stay! This was one of the key things we booked this place for & no warning or notice was given. An email at 8:30am left no time to find a suitable replacement. So beware that the Co-working space may not be usable to you. I asked customer service to mention this on their website/listing but looks like they've failed to do so. Not good business practice at all.

Lovely apartment in Clifton
The apartment itself was really lovely, well equipped and pretty clean. The TV had an abundance of channels to choose from which was great for the kids. The location is awesome! I had some issues with receiving our access code and was given slightly wrong info regarding car-parking. Overall, we had a great stay and issues were resolved fairly quickly.

Generally we had a good stay. The main dissapointment is that the accomodation is advertised as a 1 bedroom flat, the pictures also elude to this. The flat is a small studio flat, to be clear the bed is in the same room as the sofa and kitchen. The lovely bathroom they have in the pictures turned out to be a disabled wet room.

Nice decor but not clean and bad communication
Pros- good location, comfy bed, nice shower, fully equipped kitchenette, working internet and big tv Cons- wasn’t clean, dust on chairs and fluff on the floor, someone knocked and said they had the same room booked which made me paranoid that anyone can come and say that again, no replies or phone answered for the 2 days we were there

Good location. Handy to have unaided access. Shower room had a terrible stagnant water smell. No hot water in basin or kitchen tap. Fire alarm went off at 2am on Wednesday morning. No advice/assurance given. Very noisy -windows didn’t seem to offer any reduction in noise from the street. Really disappointed for the price.

Booked the hotel for my partners employee. Supplied ID and his employee have his card details for the holding deposit. His card was declined as he didn’t have the money on it, offered to give my card for the deposit. Man from apartment refused and told me I had to transfer him extra money or he wouldn’t give us key code to get into the apartment. Explained I didn’t feel comfortable transferring it across but could give my card details, staff then ignored me !!! All seemed very suspicious ended up calling hotels.com spent over an hour on the phone trying to sort - at first staff at the apartment even refused to cooperate with hotels.com!!!!! Hotels.com did agree to refund us in the end.

A unmitigated disaster from start to finish
The booking process was an abomination taking 2 hours from booking to getting the access code. Do not book if you want quick access. The process took several emails which required uploading of driving license/passport for EVERY guest and credit card which they placed a £100 hold on. You need your phone to lock and unlock the door every time you want to go in and out which is time consuming. The first time I went into the building there was a guy stuck trying to call to get access and the second time was a young family almost in tears as their phone had run out of power. Once inside the apartment looks ok but I wanted a double bed and 2 single beds pushed together with a thin bedspread over the top just doesn't work. I'm not heavy and I literally sunk down the crack between the beds. The bathroom looked clean but smelt mouldy and of drains. A major problem was they forgot to put towels out and so I had to dry myself with a tea towel. The night itself was uncomfortable as the bed was too soft. It was hot an no air-con and leaving the window open meant I was woken up multiple times by seagulls and traffic noise. I don't mind mistakes but this room i s misrepresented and my main issue is the owner wouldn't make reasonable amends for the discomfort. A late checkout or a few £ off when I wanted to leave as quick as I could doesn't help. If you want any positives the location was good and the apartment had all the amenities you'd expect (except towels that is).

There were no enough equipment to cook with, no shower gel very disappointing. befor check-in the office was answering my call it was fine, as soon as i check-in no boday was answering my call, it was like now you check-in we got your money now we don't care about you, very disappointed

Expensive and not that good!
I had to ask for the entry code three times before it was sent to me. The room was very small, bed was uncomfortably soft, the cost was very expensive for what we got. We wouldn’t go back!

Great location & great hassle free facility
Easy check in. More spacious than anticipated - so decent for 2 people and all amenities in kitchen provided. We didn't use the laundry / work space area but appreciated these areas for a further longer stay. HOWEVER - Bed was not comfortable for 2 people sharing. It's two single mattresses and that never works. And we found the studio very airless and stuffy despite leaving the window open and an outdoor of 15C. More detailed information in advance about parking would be advisable.
