We always book Saujana when we're in the area for work. This stay is as normal, consistently delightful. Upon check-in, we ordered for a morning cab to the airport and upon check-out, i was pleased that the receptionist could greet me by name and direct me to the cab before I said anything.

The service staff was not fluent in English. When I tried to find out about their current promotion shown at the counter, they were not able to assist. The location is good though.

The room was clean, tidy, and well-maintained. The bed linen and towels were fresh, and the bathroom was hygienic. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay.

My husband and I make 4 to 5 trips to KL each year and each time we stayed at One World. With exception for an earlier trip this year, my office booked me at their sister hotel also located within One Utama. Their F&B is the best and hospitality is excellent.

We are large family with 4 young boys and the staff where really great with them. We had connecting rooms and they were on the large side. The buffet is best for breakfast and lunch - the dinner was a bit pricey. The second night we went to the connecting mall and had hawker food which was great. We went to the water park next door - tickets were on a high side when the water park is a bit dated but the kids had a wonderful day there. We will be definitely coming back.

The hotel receptionist was very helpful. I had an early morning and left before 5am so he helped pack some breakfast for me, and had the bill ready so I could leave without any hassle. The club lounge was unstaffed during cocktail hours(probably because there weren’t many guests on that day) and I needed to call someone to open the drinks. But all else was good. The view of the lake is beautiful and the room was very clean. I think it’s the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Putrajaya.

Second time to the hotel. Great place for family. Kids friendly pool. Staff are friendly. Room and facilities are very clean. Breakfast are awesome.

Entrance to hotel is not so easy to find, but this is a real 5 star hotel.

Front seat staff is very friendly and helpful. Room service is not very good. We ask for extra quilt twice, and then we got it.

Excellent staffs.. Excellent Service! We were greeted with fresh & enthusiastic staffs! A big thumbs up to The bell captains, security staffs 👍 Mosaic restaurant staffs very efficient & helpful.. (Reza). Buffet breakfast - wide spread. Checkin & out has no issue. Front desk staff Nik was excellent. Rooms are fully equipped & comfortable beds! Housekeeper Ros has kept the room tidy & clean at all time! But it would be better if the toilets door could be latched & comes with shower curtain....
