"This is an awesome all inclusive resort, everyone is so welcoming, helpful and kind! We had a great 9 day vacation! Dining options at the 3 resorts are exceptional, installations are luxurious and comfortable at its best. Plenty of pools, bars, shows and activities all day long! The only downside is the beach but with your stay you get the opportunity to go to the other sister hotels at the hotel zone to enjoy a better beach at no cost."

. Clean rooms. Secure parking. Friendly reception. Restraunts in walking distance. Noisy bar on one side, change your room and you will be good. Excellent price for Cancun."

"The staff was extremely unhelpful when we arrived. We arrived at 3pm after a full day of traveling. No one greeted us. After about 5 minutes a guy made eye contact and said just a few minutes. 30 minutes later I said: "When are we going to be able to check in???" I didn't understand his answer, so I said: can we leave our luggage with you we are starving. There were 4 of us with an 8 year old child. When we returned 2 hours later we could check in. I asked for a roll away bed they said no....

"This place I booked for Ten days in Cancun. When I got to the property, the owner told me that the place is fully booked, and I should ring Expedia for my money back. I finally get hold of Expedia. They contact the owner and this guy told them that I didn’t show and wouldn’t refund my money. So I’m back in the US and Expedia has try again and he still refuses to refund my money. So don’t book this place or do not pay upfront. 😡👎"
