"The street entrance by Glasgow Central Station is rather tatty and misleading, however, when you take the lift to the top floor of the building which is where the actual hotel is located it is amazing. Bright, clean and welcoming, with a sitting room with refreshments courtesy of the hotel to welcome you. "

There were some issues on the day of our arrival, including a kettle which required immediate replacement, a television with non-working guide and - a most unusual problem never previously encountered - the same television set could not be switched off when we went to bed.
