"The location is awesome!! Right along the grand canal and steps away from the vaporetto which was very convenient especially if you have luggages. The breakfast was really good with plenty of choices although it’s in a different building it’s not far from the hotel. Our room was on the ground floor facing the courtyard. There’s really not much of anything looking out but who cares if you can walk right out to the grand canal! Room is decent size, we had 2 check in size luggages and had enough room for it. It was weird that the room was next to a bathroom but we weren’t bothered by it. "

"This is something of a gem. A traditional Venetian hotel. Has an old school feel to it with excellent service. It is on a beautiful canal. The immediate area around the hotel is fairly quiet but very close to the action if needed. The best of both worlds. "

"The property is great. I wish there was an elevator. But they did carry our luggae to the top floor. Shower stand was small. But everything else was great."

"The fact that we could travel around Venice by boat transportation very easily just like using public transportation metro or bus but on water the hotel is very nice with beautiful decor and pretty decent breakfast."
