"Loved the sticked mini bar and the view of the mountains, The room service pizza was burnt."
"Nice hotel, good location"
"We had a pleasant stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the Filipina staff member who assisted us was very kind, friendly, and helpful. The parking area was also well-organised and convenient. Overall, we had a good experience and would recommend this place to other travellers. Thank you for the great service!"
"Room was very clean and nice balcony with views. Room was spacious and linen was very good. Small refridgerator and kettle. Nice toiletries and very comfortable bed."
"Great hotel & well-priced. Very comfortable bed and spotlessly clean. If you stay here, be prepared to negotiate your way up & down a pretty steep hill when walking to & from central Queenstown. Not suitable for those with mobility challenges. The Coco Cabana serves a delicious coco oat bowl for breakfast. However, it closes at 8:30pm & there is no room service after this time."
"Fantastic experience! The staff was amazing and packed us convenient breakfast boxes on two early mornings, which was super helpful while traveling with our toddler. The room was wonderful, and the balcony offered a brilliant mix of nature and energyโgorgeous lake, mountain, and sunrise views paired with a lively street scene below. Perfect place to relax with a morning coffee"
