"Lobby was super friendly and helpful. They watched our luggage for a couple hours until we checked in to our next hotel. Lots of towels in the room. They did not have shampoo/conditioner refilled but there was plenty. There was loud music from the plaza at night but really close to ticket office for trying to get same day tickets to machu picchu in the morning. You WILL have to take stairs to get to location. On the moderate difficulty level."

"We love how accessible this hotel is and close to the shopping center, restaurants and train station. The hotel is modern, clean and beautiful. We had great experience at their spa - the jacuzzi and massage were very relaxing and you feel like youโre in a high end spa without the exaggerated price tag! The breakfast buffet offered several choices and tasted really good. The staff were all friendly and incredibly helpful, making sure we had a wonderful stay."

We loved the tranquility of the property and being in nature surrounded by lush beauty, a vast array of birds, the sounds of heaven, and in the womb of Pacha Mama. The food and service were excellent as well. We would definitely stay here again. Lovely!"
