Lovely spacious room kept super clean by the staff. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. This is our 2nd time staying at this hotel and it was as good as the 1st. We love the Bang Tao area of Phuket! We would not hesitate in coming back!

Good hotel and overall experience but room cleaning little lazy. Doesn’t change sheets at all unless you go to the info and ask specifically for that. Breakfast super good and lots of different options. Odd rule was that you can’t bring your own food to the hotel room but they didn’t complain if we had stuff from 7/11 there.

The resort is beautiful and well kept with good amenities (gym, Starbucks, direct access to beach, etc). We found that the beds and pillow were hard but some guest may prefer this. The pool was enjoyable with lots of poolside loungers to choose from. The breakfast had many options with Thai options and traditional breakfast items (french toast, pancakes, bacon, sausage, etc). Overall we enjoyed our stay.

It was a fantastic resort with many facilities. Good for families, the pool access is amazing. The staff are all friendly and cheerful. We were so surprised to find a small chocolate cake. The hotel celebrated my son's birthday and this is what they will do for the guests. I will definitely return again. You have both the beach and the pools at your convenience. Dining options nearby is great and we love Blu Wave restaurant. My whole family love staying at Arinara.
