"The employees were great and helpful. The room could have been cleaned better. Dust on the picture frames, spots on the mirror. The shower leaked from the joint when on. It is near Fremont Street so it is very loud at night. Thankfully the fan on the ac/heater is louder so we would make the room cold enough to run all night. No blackout curtains, just wooden slots that did alright for blocking the light. Cox Internet is terrible and if you need support you have to talk to them. I would recommend the hotel change service providers if they can."
