The bathroom were very nice and practical, the beds really confortables and we had enough blankets to keep us warm during the night, but when you look at the ceiling, it’s plywood and that breaks the charm. "We booked a room here for two nights as part of our honeymoon in Peru. We booked the superior room with a balcony, but when we arrived this room had been given away to a couple who had arrived just before us (on the same bus). We were instead given an icy-cold room with no external windows and mould on the wall. When we complained we were told that our booking had been cancelled, which was odd, as we had received confirmation of our booking from hotels.com, and had had no communication from the...
