"The Rooms are cute but walls extremely thin. We thought we had a 2 room suite and when we got there one room was a loft with no ceilings. There was a shared bathroom which was really nice and the kitchen was fully stocked so that was nice as well. Over all a fun stay"

"The BnB is good, just be aware Memphis is in decay/decline. Not a single street or road has been maintained in the last 20 years.Downtown has all the new construction as far as hotels and arenas, but midtown is the orphan as far as care. TV was bragging there were ONLY 3700 cars stolen Jan-May 2024,compared to 5200 same time last year. Piles of debris,junk,old furniture along the streets all over the city add to the impression of abandonment."

"Currently my family is staying here until my apartment is ready. I love how they acknowledge the unbelievable amount of crime here in Memphis by only allowing the guest to occupy the room and their children. It may come off as strict but my family feels completely safe. There is less traffic coming in. They are very attentive. I have a toilet issue in my room but was told I could move to another room if I chose to. Very accommodating. The most thing I love is the laundry room. They also have a trash room. Feels like home away from home. I must say the guys are very much protective of their property. They keep the grounds and area clean. If you follow their rules you’ll have a great stay! Enjoy"
