The room was comfortable and well-maintained, though it was smaller than anticipated. Despite the compact size, the facilities were clean and the ambience pleasant. While there were no particular highlights provided, the overall impression of the hotel is one of quality service and a relaxing atmosphere. The minor issue of the room size did not significantly affect my enjoyment of the stay. "Great location in Singapore with metro and bus right outside. We chose to mostly walk to our sight seeing destinations as everything we wanted to do was within half hour or so. Room was small and basic but clean with good housekeeping and a great hot shower with nice quality toiletries provided. The pool was nice too for a refreshing swim. What we particularly liked was the friendly and helpful staff. The room was ready for us even though we arrived early from the airport and we were given a late check out free of charge. The staff really made an effort to make us feel welcome during our stay. "

The next morning, Cheryl’s attentiveness at breakfast added a wonderful touch to our experience. While there were some hiccups — our breakfast orders were mixed up twice — the overall experience more than made up for it. After all, we’re all human, and a few small missteps can be easily forgiven when the service and sincerity shine through. Thank you to the team for making my birthday celebration such a special one.
