This cannot happen and shows an extremely poor management and miscommunication between the staff. Not to mention the yellow drops (marks) on the toilet seat. "

"Original room’s AC barely cooled , the temperature stayed at 23.5 degrees Celsius . After repeatedly complaining and getting the AC inspected they moved us to another room where the temperature would not fall below 22 degrees Celsius. Not a happy experience at this hotel . Will not return !!!! Period "
