"It was very hot in our room, we had to sleep in 29 degrees and the staff wouldn’t change the temperature and I was hard to get some sleep because we couldn’t turn the cold air on."

The laundry service, Bekitts eatery, morning breakfast at Poissions! The gym and pool amazing! Free yoga on weekends! The flowers, lighting all around intimate and subtle! Andy Moon and Mr Kyle had time for conversation as if old friends! There is no deciding!! Book here! It’s above and beyond all the other hotels! We booked the 2 level top floor! Worth every penny!"

"Overall experience was good except the TV inside the room can’t be use because they only have Korea Language channels. "

"Great location for my needs and loved the extra amenities such as communal kitchens on each floor, self-service laundry. I stayed in the King premium suite and the bed was very comfortable. The housekeeping staff was very attentive. The room service menu options were quite limited, reception staff members were ok."
